About the role

Lead commercial negotiations. Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise customer agreements, SaaS and software licences, proof-of-concept agreements, partnership and reseller arrangements, procurement contracts, and data processing agreements. Partner with the business. Work closely with Sales and Finance on deal structure, negotiation strategy, and escalations, finding practical solutions that support revenue growth and manage risk.

Your Role: Senior Legal Counsel-Commercial

You’ll own commercial legal work across XBOW, helping teams structure agreements, close deals, and make informed decisions as the business scales. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Security, you’ll turn complex legal questions into clear, practical advice.

This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded lawyer who brings 7+ years of commercial legal experience, including in-house experience in technology, experience working in a startup, and direct experience advising on AI products or services.
