What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum of 8 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or a similar quality management system, including experience supporting or maintaining certification-level quality processes
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, process capability assessment, and data-driven quality methodologies
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving abilities, with effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, electrical schematics, and test reports
