What they're looking for
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field
- fluency with Python and at least one other language
- ability to quickly ramp up in unfamiliar codebases, tools, and problem domains
- comfort operating across the stack without needing a narrow specialization to be productive
- have built and shipped software in fast-moving environments where your role wasn’t clearly defined
- have worked across multiple domains (backend, frontend, data, infra, scripting) even if you’re not an expert in all of them

We’re hiring generalist software engineers who can work across the entire company. Your work could touch anything in our software stack. Some weeks you might be developing our data pipeline, other weeks you might be scripting a hardware integration, or shipping a quick internal tool. There’s a huge range of problems to solve here, and the only constant is that you’ll have a problem to solve.
