About the role
· Lead and coordinate daily activities of Site Engineers and Graduate Site Engineers on the project. · Ensure all team members follow company workflows, QA procedures, and data capture standards.

The Lead Site Engineer is the senior field representative for XYZ Reality on a project. They are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the site team, ensuring all workflows and standards are followed, and acting as the primary point of coordination between the site team, and the client.
Alongside leadership responsibilities, the Lead will also perform core Site Engineer tasks including progress capture and quality inspections on a daily basis alongside the rest of the team.
