The People Technology team supports the systems, data, and tools used across Yahoo’s People organization. We partner with HR teams to improve workflows, reduce manual work, and make it easier for employees and managers to get the support they need. AI is a growing part of that work, and the team is focused on helping HR use it in ways that are practical, secure, and responsible.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Manager, HR AI Strategy & Governance t o help determine where AI can add the most value across HR and put the right structure around how it is used. Partnering closely with the Director of People Technology, you’ll help shape the AI roadmap, prioritize use cases, and manage the governance process that moves new ideas through the appropriate legal, privacy, and security reviews.
