About the role

What they're looking for
- You will own the full enterprise sales cycle — from outbound prospecting and inbound qualification to negotiation and close — for multi-location restaurant groups (50–500+ units)
- You will build and manage a strategic pipeline of franchise groups, restaurant holding companies, and national brands, driving new logo acquisition and expanding existing portfolios
- You will navigate complex deal structures involving corporate decision-makers, franchisees, technology partners, and POS integrators
- You will partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver seamless buyer experiences and inform the product roadmap
- You will develop deep expertise in restaurant operations, voice AI, and the competitive landscape to position Yelp Host’s unique advantages
- You will travel strategically for key onsite meetings, franchise conferences, and major industry events — up to 50%
