About the role
As the Associate Director of Product Development , you will drive the discovery, development, implementation, and improvement of YipitData products, focusing on our clients’ data experience. This is a terrific opportunity for a product innovator to accelerate YipitData’s revenue growth and client engagement by developing pioneering products and experiences that enable our customers to capitalize on our valuable data.
What they're looking for
- You have 5+ years of alternative data experience, including evaluating, sourcing, and working with multiple datasets
- You’ve successfully developed new alt-data research or feed products with measurable impact
- You bring client-facing or buy-side exposure and a strong understanding of financial client needs
- You are a customer-centric product thinker who uses data and feedback to guide high-impact decisions
- You have a track record of product innovation—identifying opportunities early, prioritizing effectively, and executing quickly and iteratively
- You collaborate well across teams and can influence and motivate others to deliver on shared product goals
