About the role
You'll build the systems and conditions that let a small team run a national platform: hunting bottlenecks, removing them, and making sure they don't come back, so product, underwriting, and engineering can move at the pace the company needs.
What they're looking for
- 7+ years solving complex problems through process and product development, or a clear track record of taking on more scope and responsibility over time
- A systems thinker who obsesses over problems and builds solutions that scale, rather than one off fixes
- Exceptional project management and documentation skills, with the ability to run multiple workstreams at once without dropping detail
- A self starter mindset: comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a lean, fast moving environment
- Real, daily comfort working with AI agents (delegating to them, checking their work, improving them). You automate a task the second time you do it, not the tenth
- Evidence of grit: something you've pushed through more than once, even when it would have been easier to stop
