About the role
We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join our People team and partner closely with managers and employees across the organization. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working closely with the business, building strong relationships, and helping managers navigate people-related challenges in a fast-growing company.
What they're looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, with experience in an HRBP or similar generalist role
- Experience partnering with managers and employees across multiple functions
- Strong knowledge of HR practices
- Strong communication, coaching, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with sound judgment and discretion
- Comfortable working independently in a growing, evolving environment
