About the role
Serve as the primary technical bridge between Product/Engineering and our Customer Success teams Own onboarding & integrations end-to-end — design reference architectures, validate data flows, and unblock deployments across complex enterprise environments.
What they're looking for
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with languages such as Golang, Python, Java, or C/C++
- Proven Customer Facing orientation
- Ability to explain technical details and requirements to customers with different levels of expertise and responsibilities
- Rapid learning ability and adaptability to new technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills, sense of ownership, and communication skills
- Familiarity with Cloud environments, including AWS, GCP, or Azure (advantageous)
