About Zenity

Decide exactly what your AI agents can and can’t do. Zenity evaluates every agent action in real time and steers it. Backed by Norwest and SoftBank VF.

About the role

Zenity's legal team is growing alongside the business, and there's real work here for a law student who wants more than a summer of admin. You'll draft and redline commercial agreements, help build a searchable contract repository, test AI tools that are starting to change how legal teams work, and research questions that actually inform decisions. This is a hands-on internship inside the legal function of a fast-growing AI cybersecurity company.

What they're looking for

  • You're currently pursuing a J.D. and have completed a bachelor's degree
  • You have strong legal research skills and can talk through how you approached a research question, not just what you found
  • You have excellent attention to detail, the kind that catches an inconsistent defined term or an ambiguous clause on a first read
  • You can spot a potential legal issue and explain it clearly and concisely, without over-lawyering the explanation
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You're organized enough to manage competing priorities and comfortable with a scope that shifts as business needs change
