About the role
Zeno is seeking a highly motivated Analysis Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team supporting the development and deployment of Radioisotope Power Systems (RPS). This role is responsible for managing analysts across structural, thermal, and nuclear disciplines , ensuring high-quality technical output in support of mission-critical programs.
What they're looking for
- B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or a closely related field with a strong emphasis on engineering analysis
- 8+ years of professional engineering experience in mechanical, thermal, structural, or nuclear analysis
- 3+ years of management experience
- Strong foundation in engineering analysis methods, with deep expertise in at least one domain (structural, thermal, or nuclear), experience with FEA-based analysis is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with multidisciplinary analysis environments and the ability to effectively oversee work outside one’s primary technical specialty
- Experience performing engineering work under AS9100, NQA-1, or similar quality standard
