About the role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of the Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP) across our core ZMP platform, Athena OS (our next-generation Marketing Operating System), our emerging Agentic Apps ecosystem, and our Data Cloud team. This role sits at the center of the Product Design team, working wherever the highest-leverage design problems are, rather than owning a single surface. What they're looking for
- Strong Product Thinking: Can clearly articulate problem → user job → system behavior → outcome. Comfortable designing flows where intent matters more than screens. Knows when not to add UI
- 7–10+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time spent on complex platforms, systems, or tools (B2B, SaaS, or AI-driven products strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated experience leading foundational or platform-level design work that scales across teams, products, or workflows
- Hands-on experience designing and shipping features, workflows, or systems within large, complex platforms—AI-powered or otherwise
- Proven track record of partnering closely with Product and Engineering in fast-paced environments, ideally across more than one product area or team
- Experience mentoring designers, influencing standards, and shaping how design work scales—without needing formal management responsibility
