What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field with 3-4 years of experience in an analytical laboratory environment OR Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field with 1-2 years of experience
- Experience with analytical instrumentation including ICP-OES, load frame, bomb calorimeter, gravimetric analysis, and related equipment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks, conducting experiments, and recording data
- Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Previously participated in safety reviews for chemical testing and processes, including experience working with oxidizers or other energetic or hazardous materials
- Experience writing and maintaining quality documentation including SOPs, test worksheets, and batch records
