What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related discipline)
- 0–2 years of quality engineering experience, relevant internships, co-ops, or academic projects in a regulated manufacturing environment are a plus
- Foundational knowledge of quality management systems, inspection methods, and statistical techniques
- Exposure to root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, SPC) through coursework or prior experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness and ability to work effectively in high-hazard, safety-critical manufacturing environments under close supervision
