- Experience with managing Government contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
- Experience in the development of proposals, proposal cost structure, performance requirements, delivery schedules, and negotiations
- Demonstrated ability to shape results in support of objectives, including ability to communicate and influence executive leadership
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with complex customer
- Detail oriented and data-driven
