What they're looking for
- 4–10 years of professional experience developing electrical or electronic hardware in a production, mission-critical, aerospace, defense, intelligence, or other highly regulated technical environment
- Demonstrated experience with electrical circuit design, schematic development, component selection, electrical interfaces, and hardware integration
- Experience using electrical engineering tools for schematic capture, PCB design, simulation, analysis, or related design activities
- Experience with laboratory test and troubleshooting equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, signal generators, logic analyzers, or similar equipment
- Working knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals including analog and digital circuits, power distribution, signal integrity, grounding, filtering, and electromagnetic compatibility
- Ability to interpret and develop technical requirements, specifications, schematics, drawings, test procedures, and engineering documentation and communicate technical recommendations to cross-functional teams
