- Advanced technical and organizational leadership skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive and customer audiences
- Strong experience with CAD modeling and technical drawing creation in SolidWorks, including complex GD&T and tolerance analysis
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in the design, development, testing, or manufacturing of controllable solid propulsion systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop diverse, high-performing engineering teams
- Able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level
