What they're looking for
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development / management roles, with at least 2 years in the space & defense industry
- Prior experience developing space & defense computing products, including flight computers, mission/payload processing systems, storage devices
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in engineering, systems engineering, or science required
- Deep understanding of the space and defense market, including industry trends and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
