About the role
The Program Scheduling Analyst plays a crucial role within the Program Controls function, collaborating closely with the Program Controls Analyst to support a diverse portfolio of aerospace programs for DoD, NASA, and commercial customers. These programs encompass Firm Fixed Price, Cost-Plus, and pure commercial contracts, some of which necessitate ANSI/EIA-748-compliant Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
What they're looking for
- Five (5) or more years of experience in project scheduling or program planning within aerospace, defense, or other technically complex environments, supporting diverse program types
- Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience developing and maintaining logic-driven network schedules for programs
- Knowledge of Critical Path Methodology (CPM), float analysis, and schedule risk assessment
- Experience with schedule baseline development and change control processes
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and schedule integration techniques
