About the role
We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage and improve our Salesforce environment. This role will provide day-to-day administration, support users, maintain data quality, and deliver system improvements that help teams manage customer relationships and sales activity effectively. The Salesforce Administrator will partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT to understand business needs, configure solutions, and promote consistent adoption of Salesforce.

- Five or more years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Experience configuring Salesforce objects, permissions, validation rules, and Lightning pages
- Experience building and troubleshooting Salesforce Flows
- Proficiency with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data management tools
- Understanding of CRM concepts and sales processes, including lead, account, contact, and opportunity management
- Ability to translate business requirements into maintainable Salesforce solutions
