What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related discipline)
- 7+ years of quality engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, including demonstrated technical leadership
- Deep working knowledge of quality management systems, inspection methods, and statistical techniques
- Proven expertise applying root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, SPC) to complex, high-consequence problems
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor others while working effectively in high-hazard, safety-critical manufacturing environments
