About the role
The Systems Engineer III will lead and support requirements development, system verification planning and execution, risk management, and MBSE efforts on MDA-aligned missile defense programs. - 4 to 7 years of systems engineering experience in DoD, aerospace, or missile defense programs
- Proven experience in requirements development, verification planning, and risk management
- Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency (MDA) processes, technical reviews, and CDRL development
- Hands-on experience with MBSE methodologies and modeling using SysML in tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler
- Background in stakeholder coordination and cross-functional engineering communication
- Exposure to project engineering tasks such as planning and status tracking is preferred
