What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related STEM field from an accredited college/university
- Four (4) to Seven (7) years of progressive experience in aerospace/defense test engineering
- Hands-on experience with rocket motor integration, subsystem verification, and hot-fire test campaigns
- Familiarity with MIL-STD, test safety and propulsion qualification/acceptance test standards and practices
- Experience with HWIL and SWIL environments for propulsion and control system verification
- Strong background in test software development and automation and involvement in software and hardware integration activities, including troubleshooting and data analysis
