What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of Workday experience, including at least 3 years in an architect or lead technical design capacity
- Deep expertise across multiple Workday modules (HCM required, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking and/or Projects strongly preferred)
- Proven experience with Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, Workday web services)
- Strong understanding of Workday security groups, business process configuration, and calculated fields
- Experience leading full lifecycle implementations or major tenant transformations
