We’re seeking a technically-minded Client Partner who can confidently engage IT and business teams, translate customer needs into clear technical priorities, and own the relationship end-to-end. - Serve as the chief customer liaison, solving complex problems and ensuring customer success through a deep understanding of both technical and business needs
- Engage with technical stakeholders (e.g., Platform Owners, Delivery Directors) to ensure alignment between product capabilities and customer requirements
- Drive delivery for large enterprise customers
- Lead discovery sessions, support UAT, and manage go-live activities
- Ensure customers realize full platform value post-launch
- Orchestrate internal teams (PMs, Dev, SA, and CS) to deliver customer outcomes
