About the role
Zipline is looking for a Fulfillment Operations Supervisor to lead daily operations across 3–5 Drone Charging Sites in the greater Houston area. These field locations support aircraft readiness and drone delivery operations. You will lead site teams, plan staffing, and set clear expectations for safety, productivity, quality, and customer experience. You’ll work closely with Flight Operations, Customer Operations, Maintenance, to keep sites ready and resolve operational issues.

- Lead daily operations across 3–5 Drone Charging Sites, ensuring each site is staffed, safe, and ready to operate
- Manage and develop Fulfillment Operations Coordinators, Fulfillment Operators, and site support teams
- Set clear expectations for safety, productivity, quality, and customer experience, and coach teams to meet them
- Build staffing schedules that reflect operating hours, forecasted demand, and operational needs
- Manage labor plans and budgets across assigned sites
- Maintain site readiness, including charging equipment, supplies, inventory, and general site conditions
