About the role
In the capacity of a Material Planning Intern, you will facilitate the high-level planning and tactical execution necessary for hardware material readiness. This role involves deep collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Global Supply Management to refine reporting structures, optimize vendor interactions, and drive the successful deployment of major vehicle systems.

- Support the maintenance of Clear to Build (CTB) tracking for vital systems, assisting with risk mitigation and cross-team communication
- Develop automated reporting and visibility dashboards focused on part shortages, shipment logistics, and other essential planning data
- Optimize spares management by evaluating consumption patterns and proposing stocking methodologies for our current flight programs
- Establish standardized supplier reporting formats for capacity updates and delivery timelines to streamline data intake
- Iterate on scalable planning workflows and tools that enhance transparency across all functional departments
