ZipRecruiter is seeking a strategic, revenue-focused Customer Marketing Manager to help accelerate enterprise growth by transforming customer relationships into measurable business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Brand, and Communications, leading programs that deepen executive relationships, strengthen customer advocacy, expand strategic accounts, improve retention, and influence pipeline.
What they're looking for
- Ability to travel up to 45%, including short-notice travel and overnight or multi-night trips as business needs require
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Enterprise Marketing, Account-Based Marketing, Sales Enablement, or a related B2B marketing role
- Demonstrated success building programs that influence pipeline, drive customer retention, support account expansion, or increase customer advocacy
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and how marketing can accelerate customer growth across the lifecycle
- Experience leading executive engagement programs, customer events, advisory boards, or customer advocacy initiatives
- Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate customer outcomes into compelling narratives that support sales and marketing
