About the role
At Zocdoc, we are building products that help people access care more easily and help partners deliver better scheduling experiences at scale. As a Lead Product Designer on Care Access Network, you will shape partner-facing experiences that help healthcare organizations understand what is possible with Zocdoc and imagine new ways we can work together.

- Influential with cross-functional partners through strong storytelling, clear artifacts, and a high degree of ownership
- Personally motivated by turning ambiguous opportunities into clear, compelling product direction across multiple surfaces and stakeholders
- Energized by working with many different partner contexts and translating business needs into persuasive product stories, prototypes, and concepts
- Excited to pair strong product design craft with rapid prototyping, especially when early concepts help clients and internal teams see the art of the possible
- Comfortable operating in consultative, commercial, or pitch-oriented environments where design helps move conversations forward and opens the door to future partnership opportunities
- Curious about AI-native product development and eager to use emerging tools to increase speed and quality without lowering the craft bar
