About the role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is motivated to design, develop, test, and operate cutting-edge, highly scalable enterprise SaaS applications, and who can own significant components end-to-end while raising the technical bar around them.
What they're looking for
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant degree
- 8+ years of software development experience specializing in enterprise SaaS software
- Strong programming experience in Java, Python, or another object-oriented language
- Strong database and SQL knowledge, including Oracle or MySQL, data modeling, query analysis, transactions, and performance tuning. Plus experience with MongoDB and Redis
- Experience designing and building web applications, with expertise in related concepts such as web services, SOA, RPC (REST, gRPC, Thrift), and API design
- In-depth knowledge of common algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and their applications
