What twelve weeks actually looks like

Every marker is a week where something concrete shipped: not a lesson, a deliverable. The first month is groundwork. After that it comes fast.

Week 03 Problem validated Ten customer conversations, one sharp problem.
Week 06 Business model dialed in Pricing, margins and a channel that hold up.
Week 09 First paying customers Revenue in the bank, not letters of intent.
Week 11 Fundraising conversations Warm intros, with a deck that is ready.

About the Program

Your execution engine

Who is it for

Finished YC Startup School, Founder University, or our own Launchpad? Ignite is the next step. Whether you’re an early-stage founder trying to break through or a repeat entrepreneur who wants to move faster, this is the execution engine. If you’re not ready to commit to twelve weeks of execution, this isn’t the program for you.

How does it work

Twelve weeks, one mission-critical step each week: refining your market, sharpening go-to-market, locking in early customers, and building the systems investors look for before they write a check.

What you get from it

You finish with a validated business model, real customer insight, and an investor-ready financial model and pitch. Your go-to-market is clear, with a repeatable system for winning and keeping customers, plus the operational playbook to scale it.

Application

Your application

One form, reviewed in full by our team. No scheduling links, no gatekeeping calls. Tell us what you’re building and how you execute. That’s what we’re judging.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Not every applicant is accepted. You’ll hear from us by email either way.

What happens next

Three steps, no runaround

Step 1
Submit your application

One fair process for everyone. We’ve moved away from individual calls so every applicant is evaluated the same way, on the same criteria.

Step 2
We decide

Our team reads every application in full and evaluates founder readiness, clarity, and execution. Strong applicants advance to a final interview. You’ll get a decision by email.

Step 3
If accepted, start building

Selected founders get onboarding details and join the cohort. Not every applicant is accepted. From there: weekly sessions, timely asynchronous feedback, and active channels with our team and your fellow founders.

FAQs

Unlike generic programs that focus on theory, Ignite is built for action, guiding you through every critical step of startup building, including founder dilemmas, customer acquisition, go-to-market execution, and investor readiness. By the end of the program, you’ll have a fully operational, investor-ready startup with a clear path to scale.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Submit one application. Our team reads it in full and evaluates founder readiness, clarity of thinking, and evidence of execution. Strong applicants advance to a final interview. Acceptance is not guaranteed, and we decline more founders than we accept.

Selective, but not on pedigree. We don’t care where you went to school or who you worked for. We care whether you’ll do the work every week and whether you’ve shown you can execute. Every application is read by the team. If we don’t think you’re at the right stage or level of commitment, we’ll tell you.

You don’t need a top school, a big-name employer, or a prior exit to get in. What we select for is dedication and hard work: founders who show up every week and do what they said they’d do. That’s the bar, and we screen for it.

You can begin as soon as you are accepted. The program is accessible 24/7, so you can start learning right away.

Graduates will leave with a strong foundation to scale their businesses. Exceptional startups may be invited to join 1752 Accelerate, where we invest $100,000 to support their growth.

There is no tuition cost to participate in 1752 Ignite. Instead, participants are required to submit a refundable accountability fee of 1,000. Upon successful completion of all program requirements, including completion of all modules, assignments, and attendance to mentorship sessions, the accountability fee will be refunded.

Yes! If you commit to the program, put in the work, and complete the key milestones, you’ll get your full investment back. How to earn your refund: 1. Complete all program modules, content, and assignments. 2. Participate in all (12) live mentorship sessions. 3. Apply for funding from 1752 at the end of the program.
