About the role
AbsenceSoft University is our growing education platform for customers, partners, and employees, and we're looking for a Senior Director, Customer Education who's ready to get hands-on. This role sets the direction for AbsenceSoft's training and certification programs while directly contributing to the content itself.
What they're looking for
- Set the strategy and content roadmap for AbsenceSoft University, building the calendar that turns priorities into fully developed courses and certifications
- Own the certification program end-to-end — exam design and content, renewal tracking, and the roadmap for new credentials — serving as final reviewer for all compliance-sensitive training material
- Hire, coach, and manage a small team, holding everyone — including yourself — to a high bar for performance and accountability
- Partner with Product to keep training current as new features ship and ensure customers are properly enabled
- Oversee the learning platform, including its integration with internal systems and single sign-on for both employees and customers
- Report on program health and results to leadership, proactively escalating risks or delays
