About the role
We're hiring a Founding Engineer to build the core creative system behind AI video production. The product is a creative environment with agents inside it: a system that works across references, scripts, shots, edits, and revisions while the filmmaker keeps control of judgment and craft. We use the product in real production, on client campaigns and our own films, so you'd build alongside the filmmakers using it. When the product gets better, you see it quickly in the work.

- You've built technically ambitious systems or great user-facing products
- Depth in at least one of: agent systems, retrieval and context systems, or real-time collaboration
- Bonus points for experience with video pipelines, media processing, or creative tooling

We're hiring a Founding Engineer to build the core creative system behind AI video production. The product is a creative environment with agents inside it: a system that works across references, scripts, shots, edits, and revisions while the filmmaker keeps control of judgment and craft.
Many of the core problems mirror the hardest problems in coding agents: long-horizon reasoning, context management, retrieval, tool use, and orchestrating multiple agents over shared state. The difference is that the workspace here is multimodal, temporal, and much less objectively verifiable.
We use the product in real production, on client campaigns and our own films, so you'd build alongside the filmmakers using it. When the product gets better, you see it quickly in the work.
