About the role
Own the end-to-end social growth strategy across all platforms, translating long-form content into high-performing short-form assets that drive traffic, retention, and measurable brand growth. Lead and develop the Social Coordinator, setting strategic direction while ensuring disciplined execution of the publishing calendar and platform distribution.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in social production, digital strategy, or video-first content growth, with a proven track record of scaling accounts through original video content
- Demonstrated experience managing at least one direct report and owning performance outcomes
- Strong editorial judgment. You can consistently identify high-retention moments within long-form content and understand why they will perform on specific platforms
- Deep platform fluency across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, and emerging formats, with a clear understanding of distribution mechanics and platform culture
- AI-forward operator who actively integrates AI into creative and production workflows to increase speed, output, and iteration
