About the role
The Director of Quality Assurance is responsible for defining and leading the global quality strategy across the company’s product portfolio. This role provides horizontal/dotted-line leadership to approximately 150 QA and Automation QA engineers across 10 global product teams. The position drives consistent quality practices, modernization of QA capabilities, AI-enabled testing, and a culture of efficiency and innovation.
