About the role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, self-driven Engineering Manager to lead the Personalize Intelligence team. You will lead the team that develops and owns the machine-learning behind Adyen Checkout optimization: our real-time, decision engine that helps merchants to increase their shopper conversion rate to boost seamless checkout experience.

- You have affinity to the Shopper and Checkout optimization domain
- You have proven experience working with, and deep understanding of machine learning products
- You are an energetic self-starter experienced in creating alignment between multiple teams
- You are able to define, implement and monitor performance to quickly identify opportunities for improvement in existing systems
- You have experience in coaching and mentoring engineering talent
- You have experience in leading technical projects in a fast paced and critical environment
