- Define and champion the Product Experience (PX) vision and strategy, ensuring it directly drives broader business goals and success metrics
- Build and grow a high-performing team of 8 full-stack Product Experience (PX) professionals, who will own the end-to-end solution discovery and execution
- Partner with Group Product Managers, Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Senior Leadership to drive strategic initiatives
- Ensure the quality of PX work stays high and consistently raises the bar for our customers
- Champion PX across the organization, ensuring customer needs are prioritized in product strategy
