What they're looking for
- 8+ years of experience managing or scaling HR operations, with expertise in utilizing data and systems to enhance and scale processes
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse), to optimize global people operations
- Ability to manage complex, end-to-end projects with cross-functional dependencies
- Ability to break down processes, identify solutions where possible, and translate business needs into technical system requirements
- Ability to communicate operational concepts clearly to technical teams and drive consensus with non-technical business partners
- Curious, innovative mindset with the ability to challenge existing processes and bring forward scalable, employee centric solutions
