What they're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management or adjacent leadership roles within fintech, banking, embedded finance, or similarly complex, regulated domains
- Proven experience building and scaling US-based banking or financial products that move meaningful transaction volume
- Demonstrated ability to operate at enterprise scale while defining new product frontiers
- You are a product leader at heart, with deep experience setting vision, prioritizing roadmaps, and delivering measurable outcomes through cross-functional teams
- You bring a strong analytical and metrics-driven approach to decision-making and trade-offs
- You have experience translating ambiguous strategic problems into structured product direction

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Banking (US) to define and scale the next phase of Adyen’s banking strategy in North America.
