- 12+ years of experience across Strategy, Business operations, Corporate Development, Product, Finance or related roles within Tech companies
- Strategic operator, equally comfortable zooming out to connect the dots as well as diving in the detail when necessary
- Know how to tackle deliverables and establish processes while keeping speed
- Excellent project management and organizational skills to effectively handle multiple projects and prioritise accordingly
- Motivated by impact: you ensure nothing falls through the cracks, while also raising the level of thinking and execution across the team
