What they're looking for
- You have a minimum of 7 years experience in Technical Recruitment - expertise in hiring for Engineering, Product, Design and/or Data focused roles preferred,
- Passionate about Recruitment with a deep understanding of the tech landscape and candidate market, Fintech/Payments experience and knowledge of the local Chicago market is greatly appreciated!
- Utilize analytics to inform hiring strategies and improve recruitment outcomes,
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to define structure and prioritize tasks effectively,
- Deep knowledge of recruitment sourcing strategies and ability to nurture a passive candidate talent pool
