What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in a combination of a client-facing, technical operations, or strategy/business operations role (e.g., BizOps, Integration/M&A Operations, Program Management, Management Consulting)
- Strong background in program or project management, with a proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution and global adoption
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex data points into actionable insights
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, navigating high-stakes alignment discussions with senior leaders across multiple distinct organizations and aligning them under a shared operational vision
- A trusted partner across the organization, capable of building strong relationships and credibility across functions, levels, and partners
