About the role
As the Senior Manager, Intelligence & Advocacy, you'll lead two teams: the Fraud Intelligence (FRINT) team and the Global Trust Advocacy (GTA) team. You'll sit on the FSD leadership team and report directly to the Director of Fraud and Safety Investigations. - Global-to-local translation: Ensure that every global playbook, product launch, and policy built lands cleanly in local markets, without creating compliance risk or impacting local user experience
- Set the strategy and operating rhythm for how Intelligence & Advocacy delivers against I&I's roadmap and FSD's organizational priorities
- Represent Intelligence & Advocacy on the FSD leadership team — bringing the proactive intelligence and regional advocacy perspective to org-wide decisions
- Build and deepen strategic relationships with regional GMs, Country Managers, and local leadership across every market
