About the role
Reporting to the Director, Global Growth Content, you will own and scale Airwallex’s growth and demand generation content engine globally on the payments product. You will work closely with global and regional teammates across Growth, Product Marketing, Product, SEO, Performance Marketing, and Lifecycle to build content that drives qualified demand, pipeline, and revenue.
What they're looking for
- We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory
- 6+ years of experience in growth content marketing, demand gen content, or SEO-led content roles, preferably at a high-growth B2B technology company
- A proven track record of creating content that drives measurable business outcomes across the funnel—from traffic to MQLs to pipeline
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to explain technical products, platforms, or workflows clearly and credibly
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword intent, on-page optimization, internal linking, and content clustering
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze content performance and optimize based on results—not just instincts
