- Data-driven strategic thinker with a proven ability to synthesize complex insights into actionable operational plans
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships across all organizational levels
- Demonstrated success collaborating with executive-level external stakeholders
