- Experience shipping real products in fast-moving startup environments , early-stage startup experience strongly preferred
- A maker mindset — you would rather prototype a solution than write a slide deck about it
- Strong familiarity with modern AI tooling and curiosity about how it changes how teams build software
- You are comfortable using AI tools in your daily workflow to improve productivity and coordination
- Strong judgment about when to move fast and when to slow down — and the credibility to call it either way
- The ability to hold context across business, product, design, and engineering without requiring rigid handoff processes

We are building an AI-native product organization that moves extremely fast — from idea → prototype → client feedback → production in days, not months.
To do that well, we need a force multiplier and builder .
Increase the velocity of the product organization.
You will sit at the center of product, engineering, design, and leadership — identifying friction, removing blockers, accelerating decisions, and compressing feedback loops so the team can move faster without losing quality.
This is not a traditional project management role . Instead, you will operate as a technical operator inside the product organization , helping ideas move from concept to shipped product as quickly and smoothly as possible.
You will work alongside makers — not above them .
