About the role
This role is at the Financial Analyst II level. Supporting the Electromagnetic Warfare business line, you will own program/project financial management and IRAD financial management, along with P&L forecasting, across a portfolio of contracts and internally funded development efforts. Partnering closely with program management and business line leadership, you will explain financial performance and variance analysis to cross-functional teams and senior leadership. - 2-5 years of experience as a financial analyst or in a related finance/accounting role
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Working knowledge of BAC, EAC, and ETC management

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills
