The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. What they're looking for
- Define, develop, and scale a holistic CMF strategy across Anduril’s Warfighter Systems hardware portfolio
- Identify and evaluate advanced materials, innovative coatings, and sustainable manufacturing processes that support product performance, durability, and design intent
- Lead on-site color-matching sessions and evaluate physical parts under standardized lighting conditions
- Factory execution and quality standards: Serve as the subject-matter expert for visual and cosmetic quality at supplier and manufacturing sites
- Establish, document, and implement Cosmetic Quality Specification(CQS) with global manufacturing partners
- CMF documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive CMF specifications, approved boundary and limit samples, and step-and-gap requirements to ensure assembly precision and surface consistency
