As a member of the MFG Learning and Development team, the Program Manager, Supply Chain & Warehouse Training will lead the day-to-day execution and delivery of training across our warehousing and materials operations footprint. What they're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Technical Training, or Program Management
- Must have experience working within or directly supporting a supply chain, warehouse, or materials management function within a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment
- Proven experience building strong collaborative relationships with operational leaders and translating their business needs into training solutions
- Experience leading and managing direct reports (this role will have 2 direct reports)
- Demonstrated experience executing, standardizing, and scaling training/onboarding programs across multiple physical locations or sites
- Superb facilitation and coaching skills—able to engage and train frontline materials handlers, operations managers, and specialized industrial engineers
